We know that your first time at a church, any church, brings up some questions. If it's been a long time since you've been to church, Centerpointe Church has you in mind. Our hope is that you are freed from thinking about the little things and that it allows you to connect with our church, and with God.

What should I wear?

We're more concerned with meeting your real life needs than with what you wear. So, dress comfortably and you'll fit right in.

What are the service times?

We meet on Sundays at 10:45 am, and Wednesday nights at 7:00 pm.

What do you have for my kids?

  • Nursery (Birth - Crawling), Toddlers (Crawling - 3), Preschool (3-5 Years)The check in is located just down the left hand hallway for nursery, and on the right hand hallway for toddlers and preschoolers as you enter the front door.
  • Elementary (K-6th Grade)Kidz Pointe meet in the Fellowship Hall at the end of the hallway. You won’t miss the sound of kids playing. We also offer Royal Rangers and Missionettes on Wednesday nights which are small groups for kids.

Do you offer something for my teenager?

Vertical is a ministry for 6-12th grade students. They meet on Wednesday nights at 7:00 pm. Pastor John Carter is serving as the youth minister for our teens.

Do you offer small groups?

Yes. We have varied small groups… you will see small groups for the men, ladies, MOPS, and even those looking for Bible Studies. Just ask one of the pastors or ushers for information.

Are you affiliated with a denomination?

Centerpointe Church at Fair Oaks is affiliated with the Assemblies of God, a Pentecostal fellowship, headquartered in Springfield, Missouri. We are part of the Potomac District Council of Assemblies of God Churches.

Can I receive prayer?

Yes, we often provide an opportunity to receive individual prayer during a service. If you need special prayer, please let one of our pastors or elders know following a service. You may also submit a prayer request online and it will be sent directly to a pastor.
