Community is a vital part of our existence. At Centerpointe we call our communities, Life Groups. These Life Groups are about spiritual growth and discipleship. We have many different Life Groups, some for serving, some for fellowship, and others for sharing love with the world. No matter where you are in life, we have a community that will enable you to get plugged in, be connected and grow.
Men’s groups are not about having a club or a guild (people with common interests or goals); it’s about integrating men into church. It’s about camaraderie, affirmation, personal development and spiritual growth.
Missionettes is a ministry for girls and young women to enable them to become all that God has planned for them to be. The focus of the ministry is to see every girl moving towards a deep relationship with Jesus Christ. Missionettes also exists to empower girls to realize their importance and potential in God's kingdom. It also has the focus of building life long relationships and friendships between girls and leaders through mentoring and discipleship.
Today's boy is tomorrow's man. The best time to train a man is while he's still a boy. By mobilizing, inspiring, and resourcing mentors, the Royal Rangers program here at Centerpointe offers character and servant leadership education to boys (K-5) in a highly relational, fun, and interactive environment. It is our vision to influence more, and do so more effectively! Today, thanks to the innovation and devotion of our mentors to influencing boys and young men, Royal Rangers' influence continues to expand, shaping future generations one boy at a time.
Wakepointe Student Ministries meets every Wednesday evening at 7:00 p.m. in the lower level. Students, grades 6-12, are guaranteed a warm welcome, an atmosphere of fun, and an opportunity to experience a life-changing encounter with Jesus Christ. In addition, every Sunday morning at 9:30 a.m., the students meet on the third floor as they learn and discuss Biblical perspectives on real life questions. Throughout the year, our students come together for numerous activities and events such as district and national fine arts festivals, retreats, summer and winter camps, and many other relationship-building and life-changing times of connecting with God and their fellow students, as well as the world beyond the church walls.
A women's life group is an opportunity for women to learn, practice Biblical love, and feel God’s love in a very real way. It creates a safe place for women to share their hearts and lives with one another while connecting with women from all walks of life.
